BEMS Project Manager
Salary - £65,000 - £75,000 basic + Package
Fully Remote working available

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from concept to completion. Carrying the ability to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. The individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee completion of project - From Design to Handover
- Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
- Control site wide budgets, maintaining margins and cost effectiveness

Qualifications
- BMS Project Management experience is essential
- 4+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
- Good, rounded knowledge of HVAC fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
- Strong communication skills
