Position Title: BMS Project Sales Manager
Location: Southeast and Kent areas.

Position Overview
The position involves working as part of an established Project Sales team and reporting directly to the Head of Sales for the Southeast and Kent regions. The successful BMS Sales Manager will be able to apply their technical and commercial expertise while benefiting from a supportive, collaborative, and rewarding work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Commercial Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships internally, with key customers and strategic partners.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle for personally generated opportunities, from initial prospecting through to project handover.
- Manage the commercial aspects of projects during the sales phase.
- Maintain active engagement with clients, including attending site visits, technical meetings, and key stakeholder discussions.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Managers and Operations Teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience
- Proven experience working on BMS projects, with a strong understanding of project delivery and technical requirements.
- Customer-facing, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with clients at all levels.
- Familiarity with Trend, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Tridium BMS systems.
