🚨 We're Hiring – BMS Service Co-Ordinator 🚨

📍 Coulsdon, Surrey (Hybrid working available after successful completion of in-house training)

💷 £30,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)

Due to continued growth, Officium Building Management Systems Ltd is looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused BMS Service Co-Ordinator to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of our business, supporting the day-to-day operation of our service department and ensuring our engineers and clients receive first-class support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling engineers and managing their diaries
  • Liaising with clients, engineers, and suppliers
  • Raising, managing, and closing service jobs
  • Reviewing engineer reports and preparing remedial quotations
  • Setting up and managing service contracts
  • Organising company documentation and O&M manuals
  • Managing site software backups
  • Coordinating company vehicles, plant, tools, and equipment
  • Supporting the maintenance of H&S and HR documentation
  • Setting up new clients and suppliers
  • Organising staff training, certifications, and development records
  • Supporting the management team with the smooth running of the business

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Good IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience within the Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Controls, HVAC, or wider Building Services/M&E industry would be highly desirable
