Location: Oxford (with some London travel)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Expenses, Private Medical Insurance, Pension Scheme, up to 33 days holiday + more
About the Role
My client is seeking an experienced BMS Service & Small Works Engineer to support service operations across the Oxford area, with some work in London. This is a hands-on role involving servicing, fault finding, commissioning support, and delivering small works projects across a range of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on BMS systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on site
- Delivering small works projects including upgrades and modifications
- Supporting commissioning activities where required
- Working closely with clients and providing technical support
- Producing service reports and documentation
- Assisting with system optimisation and energy efficiency improvements
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales

Requirements
- Strong background in BMS service and maintenance
- Experience working with Trend systems preferred
- Ability to carry out fault finding and system diagnostics independently
- Experience delivering small works or upgrades
- Good understanding of HVAC plant and controls
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
