About the Role
VIGO is recruiting for a BMS Service Team Lead with Schneider and Tridium experience. Partnering with a premier client in the smart buildings sector, this opportunity offers leadership of a dedicated team of 3 engineers while developing technical and leadership expertise across flagship sites in central London. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time and to the client’s specifications while maintaining high service standards
- Lead and manage a team of 3 engineers, providing hands-on support and technical guidance
- Collaborate closely with clients, fostering strong ** customer relationships**
- Continuously improve service processes and identify opportunities for value-add services
- Drive cross-functional problem-solving, tackling challenges with a proactive and technical leadership approach

Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience as a BMS Service Lead (or eagerness to transition into this role)
- Proven leadership skills and experience in team management
- Strong technical expertise in Schneider and Tridium systems
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale, complex projects
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams
Desirable
- Problem-solving aptitude and proactive mindset
- Familiarity with Smart Buildings sector innovations
