BMS Small Works Manager
London
£50,000 - £60,000 DOE + Company Car/Allowance + Pension + Excellent Benefits
We're looking for an experienced BMS Small Works Manager to lead the successful delivery of Time & Materials (T&M) and Small Works projects across London. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering projects safely, on time and within budget while ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Role
- Manage the delivery of BMS Small Works and T&M projects.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, resources, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Manage customer relationships, escalations, and warranty issues.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and engineering teams to support project delivery.
- Produce project reports, forecasts, and customer documentation.

What We're Looking For
- Experience managing BMS Small Works, Service, or Projects.
- Strong knowledge of BMS/HVAC control systems.
- Experience with platforms such as Trend, Tridium/Niagara, or Siemens.
- Commercial awareness with strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
