Description
At Vines of Redhill, we're looking for a Parts Advisor who can bring energy, personality, and exceptional customer service to our BMW & MINI Parts Team.

What you will be doing:
As a key member of our Aftersales Team, you'll be the go-to expert for BMW & MINI parts, helping both customers and colleagues find exactly what they need. Handle parts orders from start to finish - receive requests, interpret requirements, and advise on additional needs or pricing. Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and promptly, ensuring customers and technicians are kept fully informed. Maintain stock control systems - record movements accurately and store parts securely in line with manufacturer guidelines. Support sales growth by identifying opportunities for additional products and assisting with promotions and marketing initiatives. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring the Vines experience is upheld at all times. Keep displays and work areas to the highest standard and contribute to a safe, organised environment.

What We're Looking For:
Previous Customer Service experience required. Parts advisor or automotive aftersales experience an advantage. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proactive, motivated, and able to work under your own initiative. Comfortable using IT systems (training on our in-house systems will be provided).
