BMW Motorrad Sales Executive

Sales Executive – Permanent Role (Permanent)

Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000, the potential to make generous commission, and uncapped earnings of up to £37,500 on-target earnings (OTE).

Our Sales Executives play a critical role in ensuring that customers receive a first-class experience from the moment they visit one of our dealerships to the final purchase of their new motorbike. Your ability to deliver outstanding service consistently will be key to our quarterly successes.


About the Role

Motorrad Warwick is seeking an individual with experience in customer service or sales to join our exciting team.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will:

  • Engage with customers to assess their needs and guide them through the motorbike buying process.
  • Operate in a flexible working pattern, typically including weekends, to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Follow a structured timetable: Tuesday to Friday (8:30am – 6:00pm) and Saturdays (9:00am – 5:00pm).

About You

We are looking for a motivational self-starter who:

  • Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers efficiently face-to-face.
  • Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
  • Holds a full and valid UK driving licence.

Note: You may be required to attend an assessment centre to secure this role.
