BMW New Car Retail Manager
Retail Manager – Sytner Wolverhampton
About The Role
Sytner Wolverhampton is currently recruiting for a Retail Manager to join their growing team.
As a Sytner Retail Manager, you will be responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department. Key duties include:
- Being at the core of all sales enquiries
- Developing and supporting the sales team
- Ensuring every customer has a clear understanding of their obligations with integrity and a commitment to treating customers fairly
Flexible working patterns apply, including weekend shifts, to maintain high service levels for customers.

You should have:
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- An outstanding work ethic
- Leadership ability with the ability to inspire teams and drive performance
- Experience improving finance and add-on performance
Essential skills include:
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals
