Want to work for one of the world's most admired automotive brands, in a great location and with a fabulous team? Then look no further.

Opportunities like this don't come around often — and on this occasion, we are seeking a high achieving Retail Manager at our BMW & MINI Harold Wood dealership.

As a Sytner Retail Manager you'll be right at the heart of the business. We will expect you to lead and grow all aspects of the Finance department, sit at the core of every sales enquiry, drive add-on penetration, and work closely with the sales team to maximise performance while delivering the very highest retail standards.

Doing the right thing comes as standard. You'll ensure every customer clearly understands the commitments they are entering into, always acting with integrity, transparency, and a genuine focus on treating customers fairly.

Working alongside the wider Management Team, you'll also take ownership of our Brand Retention and Sales-into-Service renewal programmes; actively identifying incremental sales opportunities and supporting stock acquisition to keep the business moving forward.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
