About the Role
Sales Executive (Oldbury, West Midlands) Sytner Group
Our customer-facing Sales Executives work closely with meticulous, insightful comms and adaptability to build strong customer relationships. We’re looking for proactive professionals with:
Core Responsibilities
• Act as the key first and last point of contact throughout the customer’s car-buying journey • Combine exceptional sales expertise with cont gallant engagement – every customer creditably should leave feeling cared for • Demonstrate product knowledge across our 23 premium vehicle brands to support tailored consultations • Operate reliably with adaptable schedules, including weekend shifts to ensure our promise of outstanding service

Working Arrangements
As a Sales Executive, you’ll benefit from flexible patterns, typically working weekends and seasonal periods. You’ll receive support via mentorship programmes, regular training and dealership refinements.
About You
Requirements
• Some form of customer service or sales experience is essential • Enthusiasm, humour, and drive • Honesty, integrity, and mutual respect where the customer’s needs always come first • A full valid UK driving licence (as travel to multiple dealerships will be required) • Basic computing skills to manage workflows and record data
