BMW Service Advisor

Service Advisor – Sytner Tring BMW MINI

About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Tring BMW MINI.

As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. Your responsibilities include:

  • Informing and consulting on vehicle servicing
  • Keeping customers updated throughout every stage
  • Addressing any questions or queries they have
  • Liaising with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses
  • Ensuring vehicles are delivered on schedule
  • Providing expert advice on our products and services

This is a demanding yet rewarding role where customer satisfaction is the priority. You will enjoy engaging with customers, building genuine relationships, and identifying their specific needs.

The role involves flexible working patterns, including weekends, to guarantee our customers receive the highest possible service standards.

About You

While previous experience is not essential, we actively encourage applications from individuals with:

  • A willingness to learn and progress, backed by a go-getter attitude
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail

A background in customer service would be advantageous, but training is provided through our in-house Learning & Development team, as well as industry-leading courses with BMW MINI.

A practical understanding of Kerridge would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
