Who is the company and context?

Our client is a large international consulting firm recognized for its expertise in digital transformation and financial systems. They support large companies, SMEs and mid-sized organizations in implementing their new performance management and financial planning solutions.

They are currently looking to hire a BOARD EPM Expert to join their rapidly growing Team in London (they are able to offer Visa sponsorship!).

What will I be doing?

As a BOARD EPM Expert, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and participating in the implementation of BOARD solutions for a variety of clients, from the design phase through to successful go-live.
  • Analyzing business requirements related to planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and translating them into tailored BOARD solutions.
  • Configuring, customizing, and optimizing BOARD applications, including data models, cubes, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Providing functional and technical expertise throughout project lifecycles, troubleshooting issues, and improving solution performance.
  • Supporting end-users in the adoption of BOARD solutions through training sessions, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support.
  • Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate functional specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

What kind of skills and background will I need?

Ideally hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. You will have 3 years + of experience working with EPM/CPM tools, preferably BOARD, or similar solutions such as Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream,…

You should demonstrate a strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting and forecasting, financial planning, performance management and reporting.

You will also have experience delivering end-to-end projects and working with cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English is required.
