The successful candidate will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support growth strategy by leveraging an established network of senior leaders and decision-makers across the mortgage, PropTech, and wider property sectors.
- Provide strategic oversight, governance, and accountability for senior management.
- Facilitate delivery of key business objectives and performance targets.
- Contribute to future-proofing the business with long-term strategy, including:
- Expansion opportunities
- Business scalability
- Exit planning (if applicable)

Essential Criteria
- Industry expertise and an extensive network in the UK property/financial services sector.
- Practical experience in a C-Suite or senior management position within the home buying/selling/property tech space.
