We're Recruiting New Trustees – Help Shape the Future of LGBTQ+ Support in Portsmouth

Could you help make a lasting difference to the lives of LGBTQ+ people living, working and studying across the Portsmouth area?

We're looking for new Trustees to join our Board and help guide the strategic direction of our charity. Whether you're an experienced trustee or looking to take your first step into charity governance, we'd love to hear from people who share our commitment to equality, inclusion and our mission.

As a Trustee, you'll meet with the Board at least four times a year and play a vital role in:

  • Setting the charity's strategic direction
  • Providing effective governance and oversight
  • Supporting informed operational decision-making
  • Helping ensure we deliver on our charitable objectives and make the greatest possible impact
