About the Company
OneSpirit Interfaith Foundation is a UK-registered educational charity with 29 years of experience in training interfaith ministers, celebrants, and spiritual companions. Our graduates support communities across the UK, Ireland, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the US, serving people of all faiths and none at life’s most significant moments.

About the Role
We are recruiting new Trustees to join our Board at a pivotal moment in our growth. As a Trustee, you will:
- Shape our strategic direction
- Ensure sound governance
- Keep the organisation accountable to its mission and values
Commitment & Responsibilities
- Meetings: Quarterly Zoom sessions + up to 9 shorter check-ins annually (~2–3 hours per month)
- Flexibility: Designed to fit around your existing work/life, not upend it
- Term: Four-year appointment, beginning with a six-month attunement phase (non-voting) before full Board responsibilities
- Remuneration: Unpaid/voluntary role with reimbursement for reasonable travel and expenses

Requirements & Qualities
We welcome candidates with professional experience in (but not limited to):
- Marketing, communications, or brand strategy
- Charity law, governance, or legal compliance
- Finance, accounting, or business planning
- Fundraising, grant writing or development
- Human resources or organisational development
- Adult education or curriculum design
- IT, digital, or technology strategy
Less critical than your qualifications:
- Prior trustee experience (not mandatory)
- A genuine commitment to our inclusive, faith-inclusive mission
- A desire to learn, contribute, and uphold integrity
