Positions Available: Trustees (OneSpirit Interfaith Foundation)

About the Company

OneSpirit Interfaith Foundation is a UK-registered educational charity with 29 years of experience in training interfaith ministers, celebrants, and spiritual companions. Our graduates support communities across the UK, Ireland, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the US, serving people of all faiths and none at life’s most significant moments.

Our vision: Inclusive spirituality is not a niche. It is the point.

About the Role

We are recruiting new Trustees to join our Board at a pivotal moment in our growth. As a Trustee, you will:

  • Shape our strategic direction
  • Ensure sound governance
  • Keep the organisation accountable to its mission and values

Commitment & Responsibilities

  • Meetings: Quarterly Zoom sessions + up to 9 shorter check-ins annually (~2–3 hours per month)
  • Flexibility: Designed to fit around your existing work/life, not upend it
  • Term: Four-year appointment, beginning with a six-month attunement phase (non-voting) before full Board responsibilities
  • Remuneration: Unpaid/voluntary role with reimbursement for reasonable travel and expenses

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
