Location: BodyScape, 117 Milltown Road

Andras Hotels is Northern Ireland’s largest hotel group with nine hotels in Belfast, Coleraine and Portrush, two apartment complexes, a Café Bar and a Health Club and Spa. What is the job?
This role is such a pivotal role within the business as you are the first and last point of contact with all of our customers, answering any queries they may have face to face or over the phone. Creating a friendly, relaxing and professional environment, you’ll provide exceptional and efficient customer service and as working as part of the Front office team you’ll give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, and ensuring everyone feels valued.

About The Role
Your day to day
- Communicate positively with club members providing a positive outlook to work and fitness
- Show productivity and positivity in a pressurised environment
- Meet individual team targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Be well presented, professional and polite at all times.
- Promote the sales of fitness products and merchandise
- Support the membership team and contribute towards membership sales targets in club
- Ensure the cashing up procedures are followed and banking completed in line with company expectations.
- Have passion for the overall standards and appearance of the club at all times, focusing on giving every member excellent service
- Ensure the facility meets Health & Safety requirements.
- Promote benefits to members by showing them how to use it
- Manage problem swipes effectively.
- Drive positive member retention through delivering reception processes to an excellent standard, encouraging members to get involved with peak time gym floor activity and Group Fitness by making tanoy announcements, and having 121 conversations to encourage participation.

Required Criteria
- One year experience in reception / front of house role
- Experienced in a high standard customer service, customer facing role
- Willing and able to become qualified in Emergency Responder, First Aid & Pool Operations
- A passion for fitness and helping others work towards goals
Desired Criteria
- Experience working in Front of House in a gym
- Qualified in First Aid
- Qualified Emergency Responder
- Qualified in Pool Operations
- Experience of being a key holder for the gym
