We have a fantastic opportunity for a Bodyshop Advisor to join our well-established team at Vertu Accident Repair Centre Gloucester. If you want to be part of one of the UK’s largest motor retailers, take a look at what we can offer.
About The Role
As the first point of contact for our Bodyshop customers and insurance companies, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service both face-to-face and over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organising and managing the efficient booking and repair of customer vehicles
- Coordinating work within the Bodyshop and ensuring progress meets company and customer expectations
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers, insurers, and internal teams
- Managing data accurately and distributing documents across departments

What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
