What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficient, consistent food production
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the kitchen team to meet high-quality dining standards
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols
- Manage inventory and stock to avoid delays in service
- Partner with the Front of House Supervisor for smooth overall operations
- Resolve kitchen issues swiftly to maintain performance
- Train and develop staff to sustain excellence
- Create a positive, productive workplace for the team

What We’re Looking For
🔹 Supervisory experience in high-pressure kitchen/fast food environments 🔹 Strong leadership skills to inspire a team 🔹 Unwavering quality focus in food prepared 🔹 Outstanding organisation and multitasking abilities 🔹 Expertise in food safety—certified preferably 🔹 Calm and efficient under pressure – this role never sleeps! 🔹 Flexibility for weekends, late nights, and bank holidays
