We’re looking for hardworking, enthusiastic team members who embody quality, passion, and a stretch-fest mentality as we expand.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Back of House Team Member, your role will include:
- Preparing & cooking menu items to Near-Perfect™ standard
- Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen for smooth operations
- Strict adherence to food safety, hygiene & sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assisting with inventory, stock rotation & sourcing quality ingredients
- Accurately processing orders to satisfy customer speed and perfection desires
- Safe handling of kitchen equipment + reporting maintenance needs
- Supporting the kitchen team with miscellaneous tasks (yes, includes ‘that thing’!)
- Fostering a positive, collaborative culture along with fellow food alchemists

Requirements & What We’re Looking For
Essential: ✔️ A passion for food and high-quality cooking ✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions ✔️ Confidence working under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen ✔️ Good communication & teamwork skills – solo chefs can’t win the stretch-fest award! ✔️ Flexibility to cover various shifts (including weekends + bank holidays)
Bonus points if you: ✔️ Bring previous kitchen experience ✔️ Stay willing to learn, smile every shift and adopt a ‘no nonsense’ approach
