About Us
Carl's Jr. has been serving up delicious, high-quality burgers and shakes since 1941. From humble beginnings with just $15 and a hot dog cart in California, Carl’s Jr. has grown into a global brand with nearly 4,000 locations across over 44 countries. In 2025, Carl’s Jr. will open its first UK restaurant, and we’re looking for passionate and dedicated Back of House Team Members to help us deliver exceptional food and service to our guests!
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in both the front and back of house. You’ll be the face of Carl's Jr., providing friendly and efficient service to our guests and ensuring they have a great experience every time they visit. You’ll assist with orders, manage customer inquiries, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.
In the back of house, you’ll help prepare and cook our high-quality burgers, ensuring our food meets Carl’s Jr.’s standard of excellence. You’ll also maintain a clean kitchen, follow food safety guidelines, and contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen and restaurant.

What We’re Looking For
- A passion for delivering quality food and exceptional service.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions closely.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Previous experience in customer service or kitchen work is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential!
