Back of House Team Member – Slim Chickens Swansea

Slim Chickens serves mouth-watering chicken tenders, wings, and sandwiches in a relaxed yet lively setting. We’re looking for ambitious team players who share our passion for quality food, teamwork, and a welcoming atmosphere.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare & cook menu items with precision to maintain the highest standards
- Maintain a clean, efficient kitchen—organisation and hygiene are non-negotiable!
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols diligently
- Manage inventory & stock rotation to ensure fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Work collaboratively to prep orders accurately and on time
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance needs promptly
- Support team operations with extra tasks to keep service running smoothly
- Foster a positive team culture—because excellent food starts with a great team!
