What You’ll Be Doing
As a Back of House Team Member, your role will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, ensuring every dish meets high standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
- Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assisting with inventory management, stock rotation, and ensuring ingredients stay fresh
- Working as part of a team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered efficiently
- Handling kitchen equipment safely and reporting any maintenance needs
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth, efficient kitchen operations
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, where everyone thrives

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should have:
- A passion for cooking and delivering quality food
- Strong attention to detail and clear instructions-following ability
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential!
