The General Manager role at Rudy's is one of the most exciting leadership positions. You'll have full accountability for the performance, people, and culture of your Pizzeria - operating with genuine autonomy, backed by a business that invests seriously in its leaders.

Founded in Manchester in 2015, Rudy's Neapolitan Pizzeria has grown to 39 sites across the UK on the strength of one core belief: that authentic Neapolitan pizza, made with the finest Italian ingredients and served by people who genuinely care, is worth doing properly. Fresh dough daily, 60-second pizzas, a culture that puts people first - that's the Rudy's way.
Your Day-to-Day
- Full P&L ownership — revenue, labour, GP, and operating costs
- Building and leading a high-performing, genuinely engaged management and team structure
- Driving a guest experience
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent at every level
- Cultivating a team culture rooted in Rudy's values - passion, Pizza & people
- Working closely with senior leadership to shape the direction and performance of your site

- Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, quality-led hospitality environment
- Strong commercial acumen - confident with P&L, budgets, forecasting, and driving a bottom line
- An inspiring, people-first leader with a genuine track record of developing great teams
- Uncompromising standards in guest experience, food safety, and operational delivery
- Genuine alignment with the Rudy's brand, values, and Mission
