In addition to manufacturing vehicles, we also offer a range of aftersales services (onsite and mobile), including servicing, repairs and maintenance and we are Scotland’s largest independent parts distributor.

We Are Now Recruiting
We are now recruiting for a Booking Agent to join our Allied Autocare - Mobile department.
You Will
- Organise and operate the customer service function, ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained through proactive and reactive vehicle service bookings.
Hours of Work
- Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Salary
- £27,976 per annum + bonus

The Main Duties Of The Role Are
- Organise and process yearly vehicle service appointments to meet KPIs.
- Execute outbound calls to manage and book fleet services and new customer bookings.
- Effectively prioritise customer interactions including messages via telephone, email or web to enhance the customer experience.
- To ensure that Service customers receive prompt, courteous and effective repair of their vehicles.

To Be Effective In This Role, You Will Have
- Experience in a service centre.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A basic understanding of information technology.
Previous aftersales experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
