Booking Associate | Home Made

Our Enquiries team is at the heart of our business, kicking off the customer experience from the first interaction with us. Our team strives to be impactful, collaborative, and customer-centric, and we are always looking for people who live and breathe these values.

What you'll be doing:

  • Qualifying possible renters, understanding what they are looking for, and ultimately getting them booked in for a viewing of their dream home
  • Clearly articulating property amenities and local area highlights
  • Managing customer experience; this is from the initial enquiry to the viewing booked
  • Delivering a great experience across all communication channels; this will include calls, WhatsApps, and emails with our customers
  • Cross-selling properties that better meet renter needs, pulling the customer needs to the front
  • Collaborate with the B2B Sales team, ensuring targets are met and landlord expectations are exceeded
  • Work with the wider Home Made business to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience during each interaction
  • Upskill on new site launches quickly and efficiently to ensure immediate impact
  • Problem-solving when issues arise and escalating where necessary so customer queries can be resolved promptly
  • Have attention to detail ensuring all data/information is accurate using the appropriate system and format

About you:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional Communication: You excel at cultivating meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy and Curious: You enjoy staying ahead of industry trends and technologies.
  • Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a keen eye for detail.

The Package:

  • Salary: £25,400 (Commission paid on top of base salary)
  • Office location: Southwark, London (Office Based)
