About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking Booking Coordinators / Customer Service Advisers to join our established and successful Bookings Team. Reporting to the Bookings Team Leader, this role requires a highly organised, customer-focused individual who can manage a fast-paced workload while maintaining excellent service standards. The successful candidate will be confident communicating with clients and interpreters, able to multitask effectively, and comfortable working under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and booking interpreters for face-to-face and remote assignments
- Liaising with clients via telephone and email, demonstrating excellent customer service and professional communication
- Ensuring interpreter attendance and coverage for all confirmed bookings
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and interpreters
- Prioritising tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Managing high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence accurately and efficiently

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- A-Level or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year’s customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and detail-focused under pressure
- Call centre experience is advantageous but not essential
