Role Overview

We're working with a hospitality client seeking a Bookings and Events Coordinator. You will be working within the marketing team and be responsible for:

  • Managing the events booking site
  • Managing the customer journey from end to end

This is a commercial opportunity to ensure growth in your area so you will be looking to increase opportunities and spend alongside ensuring a great customer experience. You will work on small events, and large scale sports bookings and continually look to improve the experience and ultimately revenue.

Requirements

Experience-wise we need someone with a couple of years in sales /events and / or commercial activity - you will know how to manage not only customer enquiries but also how to manage the events sales and growth! Ideal experience will be from hospitality. HQ is in Oxfordshire so you will need a car to travel there as it's not in an obvious location. You will also need to be able to travel to the other locations.
