Bookings and Sales Representative

Bookings & Sales Representative

Full-time | Remote | £40,000 per year | + uncapped commission | OTE £60,000+

The New Build Show is looking for an ambitious, highly organised and confident Bookings & Sales Representative to join our growing team.

The New Build Show is a fast-growing property media platform showcasing some of the UK’s most exciting new-build homes and developments across our social media platforms.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in sales, PR, business development, recruitment or another relationship-focused role. You should be confident starting conversations, building relationships, pitching opportunities and turning leads into confirmed filming bookings.

The Role

As our Bookings & Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying exciting projects and developments, reaching out to prospective clients and industry contacts, building strong relationships, and securing filming opportunities for the show.

You’ll work closely with our production team to build and manage a strong pipeline of projects and ensure filming opportunities are coordinated efficiently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
