Hours of Work: full time

Bookings Coordinator Duties:

  • As a Bookings Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for building surveyors, managing customer bookings, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the team.
  • Your role will also include handling customer queries, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a high-performing and friendly environment.
  • This position offers an excellent chance to develop your sales and organisational skills while earning money through commission.

Bookings Coordinator Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Reliable with a proactive attitude
  • Experience with admin tasks is advantageous but not essential
  • Motivated to achieve targets and develop within the role
