Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Bookkeeper role based in Brandon. The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day financial records, including uploading invoices, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, processing invoices, and supporting payroll and expense reporting. The role involves regular use of accounting software, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with month-end and year-end close activities. The Bookkeeper will collaborate with the finance and operations teams to provide timely financial information and support audits and compliance requirements.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Bookkeeping and Journal Entries (Accounting) to manage daily financial transactions accurately.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Finance to support reporting, analysis, and compliance.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Xero Accounting software to maintain records, run reports, and streamline financial processes.
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on-site in Brandon.
- Formal training or qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field are preferred.
