Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Prior experience working with diverse industries and roles will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements to attract suitable applicants.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Participate in recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the talent market.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to management for continuous improvement.
