Role Description
The Bookkeeper will handle day-to-day financial recordkeeping, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and supporting the preparation of financial statements. Responsibilities include:

The role involves working with accounting software to manage data, generate reports, and support the team with documentation for audits and tax-related activities. This is a part-time remote role, requiring consistent communication with the firm’s professionals and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Bookkeeping and Journal Entries (Accounting) to maintain accurate financial records.
- Skills in Financial Statements and Finance to support reporting, analysis, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software to record transactions, manage ledgers, and generate financial reports.
- Good numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Reliable time management, self-motivation in a remote setting, and clear written and verbal communication.
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with prior bookkeeping experience, is preferred.
