Your Responsibilities

Your role involves a dynamic mix of tasks but will include:

  • Prepare a list of required information post-completion of bookkeeping functions
  • Set up and monitor bank payments across various banking platforms
  • Perform credit control functions, including preparing statements for clients
  • Prepare VAT returns, submit once approved
  • Reconcile the balance sheet
  • Develop system-driven management accounts
  • Handle supplier and trade reconciliations
  • Manage purchase ledger and sales ledger functions
  • Build and maintain core expertise in the zero accounting package

Key Requirements & Expectations

We seek highly driven, ownership-minded, and detail-oriented professionals with:

  • A finance bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with outstanding academic results (finance qualifications an asset)
  • 2+ years’ experience in finance
  • Valid UK work permit
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly process-driven and systematic mindset
