Description The role of a Bookkeeper is to provide an excellent service for clients, creating and maintaining strong relationships. This role requires an individual with excellent attention to detail and a positive and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities Daily “on-site” bookkeeping at clients

Build strong lasting relationships with a large variety of clients

Implementing Xero and ‘app-stacks’ for client

Completion of accurate and timely management information

Assisting in the production of monthly accounts and reports

Reconciliation balance sheet and P&L accounts

Preparation and posting journals for payroll, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets etc

Bank reconciliations

Preparation of weekly and monthly supplier payments

Accounts payable with expenses and credit cards

Accounts receivable and credit control

Making our clients’ lives easier and helping their businesses thrive

Key Requirements Fully qualified AAT or "Qualified by experience"

Full UK driving licence

Additional Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in similar role. Love and knowledge of technology- Excel and accountancy apps. Excellent attention to detail. Xero experience. A desire to learn and develop.
