We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team, supporting a portfolio of property management clients. You'll be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, ensuring accurate financial records, processing transactions, and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
The Role involves:
- Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers, bank reconciliations, and payment runs.
- Processing invoices, receipts, and client transactions accurately.
- Supporting month-end processes and assisting with management accounts.
- Resolving client queries and building strong working relationships.
- Ensuring financial records are accurate and deadlines are met.
- Helping to improve processes and maintaining strong financial controls.
Requirements & Experience
We’re looking for applicants with:
- Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within property management, outsourced finance, or a multi-client environment.
- A strong understanding of purchase ledgers, sales ledgers, reconciliations, and payments.
- Exceptional organisation skills and an attention to detail.
- A client-focused mindset and the ability to communicate confidently.
- Experience using accounting software and strong Excel skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
