Bookkeeper 1 day a week
Contemporary Streetwear Brand | Hybrid Working (1 Day per Week in Office)
We are partnering with an exciting contemporary streetwear brand to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working within a fast-paced fashion or retail environment and is confident managing relationships with both wholesale and international partners.
The Role
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration of the business, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the wider commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Reconcile customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances
- Liaise with wholesale accounts and international partners regarding invoicing, payments, and account queries
- Support month-end processes and reporting
- Assist with VAT returns and financial documentation
- Maintain accounting systems and ensure data accuracy
- Work closely with internal teams across sales, operations, and finance

About You
- Proven experience in a Bookkeeper position within a fashion, retail, or consumer goods business
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial controls
- Experience managing wholesale accounts and international customers or suppliers
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a growing business
