Part-Time Bookkeeper & Finance Administrator
Location: Fully Remote (UK applicants only)
Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Salary: £25,000–£28,000 per annum (Pro rata)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time

As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for a Bookkeeper & Finance Administrator to join our friendly, supportive team.
About the Role
This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys bookkeeping, takes pride in producing accurate work, and loves keeping things organised.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Bookkeeping using Xero and FreeAgent
- Processing payroll
- Completing Companies House Confirmation Statements
- Reconciling bank accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
- Liaising with clients to request information where required
- Supporting the team with finance administration and day-to-day practice administration
- Helping ensure client work is completed accurately and on time
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous bookkeeping experience
- Is confident using Xero (FreeAgent experience would be advantageous but isn't essential)
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is organised and able to manage their own workload
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys providing exceptional client service
- Is comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Has the right to work in the UK and is based in the UK
