About The Role
We are looking for Virtual Assistant Bookkeeper. We use Zoho Books.
While Zoho experience is preferred, we are happy to train the right person if you have strong QuickBooks experience and solid bookkeeping fundamentals.

Experience with law firm bookkeeping is a requirement. Also, you must have a functional Printer for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- General Bookkeeping: Creating journal entries and performing regular reconciliations.
- Trust Accounting: Handling or assisting with law firm trust accounts.
- Communication: Proactively asking questions when you need clarification on charges or entries.
- Credit Card Reconciliation: Tracking, matching, and accounting for every single transaction.
- Invoicing: Creating invoices and preparing bills to our clients for billable charges.

Hours & Schedule Flexibility
- 3 days per week, 4 hours per day, totaling 12 hours per week.
- New York Time (EST): 8:30 PM – 12:30 AM
- Philippines Time (PHT): 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
