This is a fully office-based Bookkeeper role in Stafford.
Description
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare and process payroll information efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal use.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain up-to-date records of transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve financial processes.
- Respond to financial queries and liaise with external auditors when necessary.

A Successful Bookkeeper Should Have
- A strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
