Bookkeeper
Client Bookkeeper Part Time - 22/24 hours – North Finchley, London We are looking for an experienced and detail orientated Client Bookkeeper to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookkeeping services for a portfolio of clients ensuring accurate financial records and providing excellent client support.

To be successful you will have experience of:- Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day: Processing clients’ financial data into accounting software in a timely and accurate manner. Reconciling customer, supplier, and bank accounts to ensure that balances are a true reflection of clients’ current financial position. Completing and/or reviewing VAT returns Preparing fully drafted sets of management accounts with complete working papers for review Managing your workflow and client expectations, using your specialist knowledge and skills to add value to the team and engaging with relevant training. Developing working relationships with clients and assisting in the completion of work to maximise yield and performance.

What we are looking for We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in the role: Ideally Practice experience 3 – 5 years minimum Have good communication skills, enabling you to work effectively and collaboratively in a team Xero and QuickBooks software experience is essential Ability to develop professional and technical knowledge Familiarity with accounting software AAT qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must have ‘Indefinite Leave to Remain’ Right to Work in the UK
