About the Role
Search are supporting the recruitment of a Bookkeeper to join an established business in Stirling on a part-time, permanent basis. This role offers flexibility around working days, ideal for someone looking for a stable position with ownership of their own client portfolio.
Working within a close-knit and supportive team, you’ll take responsibility for day-to-day bookkeeping while building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the smooth running of the office.

- Managing all aspects of bookkeeping for your own portfolio of clients
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns accurately and on time
- Supporting payroll processing
- Maintaining financial records and processing transactions
- Supporting with utility contract management
- Carrying out basic Excel and spreadsheet work
- Assisting with general office administration where required
Skills and Experience
- AAT or equivalent Bookkeeping qualification desirable
- Good communication skills with ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Experience managing multiple sets of accounts or client portfolios
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of accounting systems
