The role offers an hourly rate of £13.56–£15.59 (varies across selected London locations).
We’re transforming the beauty world, and in your role as a Boots Beauty Specialist, you’ll become your customers’ trusted expert in skincare, makeup, and haircare. Offer personalised advice, create exceptional shopping experiences, and find the perfect products to meet individual needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our vibrant Beauty Halls, you’ll:
- Provide unbiased advice on luxury and premium beauty brands.
- Build customer trust through natural, confident conversations.
- Work collaboratively to hit sales targets (no individual commission—only shared success).
- Enjoy a £1,000 annual product allowance (pro-rata) to explore and try top-tier products.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer independent recommendations across all brands.
- Exceed team targets in a supportive environment.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences.
- Engage with product launches, promotions, and events.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and inviting beauty space.
- Expand your expertise via training, workshops, and virtual events.
- Contribute to social content, in-store campaigns, and exclusives.
