# Senior Beauty Specialist – Boots (V spécifiques des demi-journées London)
About the Role
We’re reinventing the beauty industry, and as a Boots Beauty Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation. As an expert in skincare, makeup, and haircare, you’ll guide customers with tailored product recommendations—truly helping them achieve their best self.
Based in one of our dynamic Boots Beauty Halls, you’ll collaborate across premium and luxury brands, offering honest, unbiased advice on everything from cult favourites to trendsetting innovations. Your role will centre on customer trust, creating memorable experiences and boosting sales—not through commission, but through the power of passionate, expert-driven service.
With a £1,000 annual product allowance, learn about groundbreaking products firsthand while shaping events, social content, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide branded-agnostic, expert recommendations across all premium/luxury beauty ranges
- Collaborate on sales targets as part of a team, with no individual commission pressure
- Craft engaging customer interactions, driving conversion goals with natural confidence
- Activate new product launches, promotions, and collaborations with in-store excitement
- Maintain showroom-ready beauty counters (clean, stocked, inviting)
- Upskill relentlessly through in-store brand training, workshops, e-learning, and resources from global beauty leaders
- Amplify Boots Beauty’s presence: contribute to social media, in-person events, or guerrilla marketing efforts
