Make-Up Artist
As one of our highly skilled make-up artists, you’ll leverage your creative and technical expertise alongside a passion for helping people to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
You’ll play a key role in creating an environment that educates, inspires, and delights customers while supporting high-performing teams to:
- Elevate brand presence through engaging in-store events
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that set us apart from competitors

Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, motivational make-up consultations aligned with customer preferences and product expertise
- Prepare and apply flawless editorial and daywear looks, using precision and product creativity
- Maintain enviable visual presentation standards to support store merchandising and appeal
- Work collaboratively with retailers and beauty advice teams to present cohesive beauty solutions
- Assist in scheduling, onboarding, and mentoring less experienced team members
- Participate in branding events, promotions, and market campaigns as required

Key Requirements
- While certification in make-up artistry or prior retail beauty experience is preferred, we welcome applications from those with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate:
- Strong creative and technical execution skills
- A passion for helping others feel confident and empowered through beauty
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with days, evenings, weekends, and special event coverage
- Right-to-work eligibility in the relevant jurisdiction
- Compassionate, customer-centred mindset with adaptability and results-driven attitude
Experience and Skills
- Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized service
- Merchandising: Experience or commitment to standards setting
- Familiarity: Ability to learn and operate retail point-of-sale systems
- Career Mindset: Growth-minded with an eagerness to develop and excel
