About the Role
As one of our highly skilled make-up artists, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights our customers.
You will also thrive as part of a high-performing team, contributing to impactful in-store events while ensuring the store maintains our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.

Responsibilities
- Deliver award-winning make-up consultations that align with our brand’s prestigious standards
- Create a memorable, next-level customer experience through expert advice, inspiration, and a commitment to authenticity
- Participate in high-impact in-store events, wellbeing collaborations, and special promotions
- Collaborate with teams to uphold visually stunning retail displays that drive sales and brand recognition
- Uphold prestige service values in every customer interaction
Requirements
- Preffered: Certification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience
- Beyond expectation: All applicants must demonstrate:
- The ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service
- Experience or potential to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment (including flexible hours: days, nights, weekends, and special events)
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) retail software
- Legal: Must be able to provide proof of right to work in the country (if invited to interview)
