Counter Manager – Prestige Beauty Retail
We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates, ensuring the achievement of all sales, customer service, and operational targets.
About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to become the Chief Executive Officer of their own store. The ideal candidate will take full accountability for:
- Creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through:
- Strategic targeting
- Impactful in-store events
- Exceptional customer relationship management (CRM)
- Leadership of a high-performing team
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Coaching: Develop and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
- Operational Excellence: Drive store performance in sales, customer service, and retail operations.
- Strategic Planning: Strategically plan events, promotions, and CRM initiatives.
- Team Accountability: Hold the team accountable for performance while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Anticipate and meet customer needs with diplomacy and professionalism.

Requirements & Skills
Candidates should possess:

Retail & Business Experience
- Retail Sales Experience – Demonstrated track record in a customer-facing role.
- Team Leadership – Experience managing and developing staff.
- Strategic Planning – Ability to develop and execute business plans.
- Financial & Resource Management – Skills in creating financial forecasts and budgeting.
- System Proficiency – Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computerized retail systems.
