Counter Manager – Prestige Beauty Retail

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates, ensuring the achievement of all sales, customer service, and operational targets.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to become the Chief Executive Officer of their own store. The ideal candidate will take full accountability for:

  • Creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through:
    • Strategic targeting
    • Impactful in-store events
    • Exceptional customer relationship management (CRM)
    • Leadership of a high-performing team

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Coaching: Develop and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive store performance in sales, customer service, and retail operations.
  • Strategic Planning: Strategically plan events, promotions, and CRM initiatives.
  • Team Accountability: Hold the team accountable for performance while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Anticipate and meet customer needs with diplomacy and professionalism.

Candidates should possess:

Retail & Business Experience

  • Retail Sales Experience – Demonstrated track record in a customer-facing role.
  • Team Leadership – Experience managing and developing staff.
  • Strategic Planning – Ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Financial & Resource Management – Skills in creating financial forecasts and budgeting.
  • System Proficiency – Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computerized retail systems.
