Bordereaux Analyst – Lloyd’s Insurer - £60k
Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the office.
Bordereaux Management
- Receive, review and process incoming bordereaux from Coverholders and TPAs in line with binding authority agreements.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with Lloyd’s Coverholder reporting standards.
- Maintain bordereaux schedules and ensure timely ingestion into internal systems.
Role Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in a bordereaux management, oversight and processing
- Familiarity with Lloyd’s regulatory framework, including binding authority contracts, Coverholder audits and reporting standards
- Strong understanding of bordereau types: premium, risk, claims and paid

Skills & Competencies Required:
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning)
- Ability to communicate well one-to-one and in small groups. Keeps others informed and updated.
- Ability to write clear, precise and well organised documents
- Experience with data integration/mapping tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience, able to build relationships within the business at all levels as well as with brokers/coverholders as required

Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in bordereaux management, oversight and processing at a senior analyst level
- Strong knowledge of Lloyd’s and Company Market practices including experience with Lloyd’s systems including ATLAS, DCOM, ECF2, IMR & Crystal
- Watertrace (BDX & IQ Canvases) system knowledge preferable
- Educated to at least A-level standard, degree preferable
- Relevant professional qualifications e.g. CII, LMMIT, LM1/LM2 or desire to work towards
