Job Description
We are currently seeking a Northern Europe Client Development Manager as part of our dynamic team in London.
- Translates CRM data analytics and insights into sensible strategic and tactical proposals to mine new clientele, to upgrade existing and develop further VIC segments
- Develops local client engagement strategies and plans in synch with our global vision and reflecting the local ambition (together with Retail and CRM)
- Manages the operations of branded events for clients, including “surprise and delight” experiences for our most valued clients, and develops new retail events and activations to drive commercial results
- Works in collaboration with office functions to integrate all client-related initiatives to drive one integrated approach to our clients, across all distribution channels and at all consumer touch points
- Understands the needs of our store teams and anticipates those of the local clientele thanks to his/her extensive knowledge of the local market
- Provides hands-on guidance to retail and store teams cascading client strategy and translating it into specific engagement and client outreach actions in/out of the store
- Leads day-to-day Clienteling planning, ensuring the highest standards of implementation and aiming to achieve performance in line with concrete KPIs and budgets
- Creates a network of external partners in line with the brand (personal shoppers, concierge, brands, embassies, hotels, art clubs, etc) to cultivate a new network of potential clients for the brand
- Is willing and able to host client appointments independently and to host clients at events within the store or abroad, representing Northern Europe as the ultimate Bottega Veneta ambassador
- Partners with the North Europe Training Manager to launch CRM and clientelling-related trainings and ensures their successful launch in-store to drive the desired service standards and commercial results, coaching the CRM Ambassadors and other retail colleagues whenever necessary
- They are the internal voice of the client, and is externally our brand ambassador, advocating for an authentic customer-centric culture and creating Bottega fans in our local markets.

Who you are:
- Deep retail experience, including a Store Manager/Director role in a high clienteling flagship
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Luxury market knowledge, preferably on UK and DACH regions
- Dynamic sense of ownership and accountability
- Ease in working in a fast-changing environment
- Tastemaker for luxury, fashion and/or arts
- Confidence
- Collaborative team player
- Innovative and strategic mind set
- Excellent English
- Travel flexibility to different destinations
