Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior PR & Communication Manager as part of our dynamic team in London.


How you will contribute?

You will be able to contribute in the PR & Communication strategy of the area by:

  • Ensuring the Global PR strategy is effectively developed and executed across the assigned countries, maximizing opportunities with global resonance while increasing local visibility and creating tailored communication strategies for key local moments.

  • Acting as a brand ambassador, building and maintaining strong relationships with key external media, editors, journalists, and communication stakeholders across the region.

  • Manage the PR and media strategy across the assigned countries together in coordination with the EMEA and Global teams, ensuring an effective mix of print, digital, social media, and OOH while amplifying key brand and commercial moments.

  • Overseeing the countries’ cover story strategy, increasing editorial impact, ROI, and social media conversation.

  • Managing Launchmetrics reporting, media performance analysis, and social media reporting.

  • Managing internal communications for all PR-led projects, ensuring clear alignment and reporting across regional and global stakeholders.

  • Implementing an effective and streamlined sample trafficking process across the assigned countries to maximize editorial opportunities and increase EMV on Launchmetrics.

  • Overseeing the area’s community strategy, elevating local voices to global visibility and generating meaningful social media conversation.

  • Defining and implementing the Region’s VIP & Talent strategy, working closely with the Global VIP team and the internal team to identify regional opportunities that strengthen brand visibility, cultural relevance, and brand exposure.

  • Managing VIP dressing opportunities, regional talent activations, and cultural moments in coordination with the EMEA and Global teams, ensuring alignment with the overall communication strategy.

  • Leading the marketing and communication strategy for key wholesale and retail partners, working closely with Clientelling and Commercial teams to maximize visibility across key commercial moments.

  • Ensuring Trade Marketing initiatives and partners’ communication calendars are fully aligned with the regional business priorities, PR strategy, and calendars, identifying opportunities to amplify brand visibility, client engagement, and brand consistency.

  • Managing Marketing, PR, and Trade Marketing budgets and planning across the assigned countries.


Who you are?

  • Proven experience (minimum 7–10 years) in Public Relations, Communications, or Brand Marketing within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.

  • Strong network of media contacts across fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and digital press in the UK and internationally.

  • Solid cultural background (arts, design) in the UK and internationally.

  • Proven experience managing VIP & Talent relations, celebrity dressing, and regional cultural partnerships within the luxury industry.

  • Experience collaborating with key luxury retail and wholesale partners, developing communication initiatives that support commercial objectives while preserving brand equity.

  • Strong network across media, stylists, talents, agents, and key cultural stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling press materials, communication strategies, and brand narratives.

  • Demonstrated success in leading high-impact PR campaigns, media events, product launches, and integrated communication initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, luxury communication, and contemporary cultural trends.

  • Experience in crisis communications, stakeholder management, and reputation strategy.

  • Fluent in English, Italian would be considered a plus.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with PR, Marketing, Clientelling, Commercial, Retail, and Global teams.

  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and deliver results with discretion and diplomacy.

  • Proficiency with media monitoring tools, PR platforms, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of digital PR, digital strategy, and performance reporting is considered an advantage.

  • Passionate about fashion, luxury, culture, and storytelling, with a sharp editorial eye, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
